do we offer?
Remain
self-sufficient!
self-sufficient!
Continue to use your aids independently in many areas of your life.
Whether in your free time or at work—our accessibility tools keep you flexible so that you can continue to use a computer and other technical aids with the assistance of buttons, eye trackers, or your very own personal solution.
How does it work? We meet with you so you can test things out and give our aids a try!
What is our approach?
During personal testing with you, we like to get to know you better as a person in your environment and establish your wants and needs. Why is that important to us? Because we want to give you the best possible support and provide you with the most useful aid in your situation.
Using the many demo devices we have at our disposal, we can not only test things in theory but also trial them in practice with you to find the accessibility aid that is right for you.
Some of the questions we look to answer with you so that we can suggest an accessibility aid include: !!!
- Where, when, and with whom do you want to use the device?
- How should the accessibility aid be used?
- Will it be for purely private or also professional use?
- How would you rate your cognitive and motor abilities at this time?
- What software do you find it easiest to use?
The answers to these questions will help us to find the best possible accessibility aid for you.
Following the consultation, we will discuss the next steps with you, your family, and, if necessary, your therapists. Of course, even once you are happily using your aid, we will still be on hand with your healthcare provider to address any questions you may have and to make the necessary enhancements or adjustments.
Here at DSM, we stake our reputation on this promise.
